Okay, so I’ve got a few Windows 7 branded stress balls and I’M A Windows 7 PC stickers to give away.

Since I have a limited number, I’ll not give away to everybody who asks for like the earlier stickers giveaway. Instead, we’ll have a typical blogger routine here.

Write a post on your blog with the title, I CAN HAZ Windows 7 SWAG, and tell us why you need one linking the post back to this blog. Anything goes. If you aren’t a blogger, post a note on your Facebook with the same deal. It’s a bit overdo and stressful, but then that’s when a stress-ball can help

Apologies for a delayed update on this. The site suffered outage for four days, and the restore took a while (and some money!).

The date for General Availability of Windows 7 is… October 22, 2009.

And the rumor is true. There is a Windows 7 Upgrade Option Program. This program enables participating retailers and OEMs to offer a special deal to customers who buy Vista machines close to the Windows 7 launch to upgrade to Windows 7 with a free or discounted copy on the release.
